our Head Office at Sangrur. Approximate
Carpet Area should be 1500-2000 Sq.Ft.The
premises should preferably be
near our exiting premises
with adequate parking space in approved
commercial complex or building conforming to
the conditions stipulated in Govt. Of India
gazette notification dated 07.05.99 allowing
Banks to open/shift Branch in non-conforming
areas. The owner will be required to obtain
NOC from respective Development authority or
Municipal Committee as applicable at his own
cost.

as “Technical Details” & “Financial
Details” of the premises. The offer

various branches and Head office, preferably
from the manufacturers/ authorized dealers
of reputed Brands and which are on the
empanelment list of SBI and its Associates.
The cabinets should be duly approved,
certified & CBRI tested with IS rating. The
tenders should reach us up to 3 P.M. dated
27.06.2009. Each tender should be
accompanied with earnest money deposit (EMD)
of Rs. 20000/- by way of DD payable at
Sangrur favouring “The Chairman Malwa
Gramin Bank Sangrur” a/c (Name of tenderer)
and the same will be returned to
unsuccessful tenderer. Tender received
Telegraphically/Fax/Telex/Conditional/
without EMD and,
after the due
date & time shall not be entertained/
accepted. This office reserves the right to
reject tender of any/all firm(s) without
assigning any reason. In case of any
dispute, The Chairman Malwa Gramin Bank
Sangrur shall be the final authority for any
